CANCELLATION POLICY

To provide the best service to all clients, the following cancellation policy applies: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or failure to cancel before your appointment will result in a 10% cancellation fee. Each client is allowed one emergency cancellation without being charged the cancellation fee. The waived cancellation fee will be credited toward your next service. Any additional emergency cancellations or late cancellations after the one-time courtesy will be subject to the 10% cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps ensure appointment availability for all clients and respects everyone's time.
